Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Because the service time has been reserved especially for you , a Cancellation Fee will apply.

Greater than 24 hours notice of a cancellation, will result in a one-time opportunity to move your deposit to another appointment within a two week time frame. If you miss the rescheduled appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

Less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation will result in forfeiture of your deposit
“No Shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

If you are greater than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be considered a "No Show"
​
If an appointment is made within the 24 hour period and the client needs to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time or it will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
Product Purchases & Returns
Purchases made online or in-person are available for pick-up only. Pickup is available at the time of appointment. Custom pickup times can be made available. Please email exodus.esthetics@gmail.com

Due to the nature of this product we are unable to accept returns. If you have an interaction to this product please contact us as soon as possible to help resolve the issue and exchange your products. All exchanges must be initiated within 14 of purchase. Products must be surrendered when the exchange occurs.
